Princess Merit-Aten (Meri-Taten)

First Daughter of Queen Nefertiti and Pharaoh Akhenaten in the 18th Dynasty, Egypt.




Queen (Per Aat) Nefertiti

Ruled Egypt in the 18th Dynasty. She was the daughter of Ay and married Pharaoh Amunhotep IV (Akhenaten). She had six daughters.



Pharaoh Amunhotep IV

Changed his name to Akhenaten. He introduced a revolutionary form of loving worship, the Aten and created a utopian society called Akhet-Aten. Married to Queen Nefertiti, they had 6 daughters. His King name was wiped from history in the 18th Dynasty.




Queen Ti-Yee

Queen Ti-Yee was the 2nd Chief Wife of Pharaoh Amunhotep III and ruled Egypt in the 18th Dynasty. Her second son was Pharaoh Akhenaten.  Ti-Yee’s brother is Ay. She was Merit-Aten’s Grandmother.




Pentu-Aten was the kindly Royal Physician to families of Pharaohs Amunhotep III and Akhenaten. He acted as a father figure to Princess Merit-Aten.



Hep-Mut was the dwarf mid-wife and nursemaid to Merit-Aten.




Sit-Amun was the First Chief Wife of Pharaoh Amunhotep III and also his younger sister who believed the throne of Egypt was rightfully hers.




Rennutet, Keshtuat and Sarawat– Merit-Aten’s three classmates at the Mystery School.


Archollos- was the blonde ship-wreaked Mycenaean boy who grew up in the Royal Harem and became Merit-Aten’s  classmate at the Mystery School.
